The SWMAC go on a road-trip with their RC planes (Part 1)
Some of the SWMAC decided to visit a nearby club in Taupo which was holding an annual RC plane fly-in event.
This is part one of the story and documents the trip from our home-field of Tokoroa to the fly-in venue at Taupo. Sorry about the crappy audio -- Barry's car is so noisy that I had to work hard with the equalizer to make the commentary even slightly audible.
No flying in this video but you get to see some of NZ's lovely countryside and to learn a bit about how electricity is generated from hydro schemes and geothermal sources.
