SWMAC news (1 Aug 2012)
What's happening a the SWMAC?
Nothing -- the club has been disbanded and a new club formed in its place (yeah, crazy -- I know but that's the way it has to be).
Now we are the South Waikato International Modellers (inc).
I have a bad case of LOFIS (Lack Of Flying Irritability Syndrome) and if I don't get some serious flying-time in soon I'll go stir-crazy! :-)
But here's something for NZ RC filers to ponder in the meantime:

As we've discovered, when it comes to clubs, the rule seems to be "if you can't fix it - make a new one!"
Stay tuned -- some urban FPV flying with sub-100g models coming up soon on the XJet channel. Remember, according to the rules -- if it's under 100g, it's not an RC model plane.
