Some viewers are worried that my pulsejets might represent a noise problem at the airfield so when this Pacific Aerospace 750XL dropped in to NZTO at Tokoroa for a visit, I thought I'd measure just how loud it was by way of a benchmark.
These are interesting aircraft and the powerful turboshaft engine makes for impressive short take-offs plus very short landings when reverse-thrust is deployed.
