Last month I emailed NZ's Minister of Transport with my concerns over the lack of representation for drone owners/users in the upcoming revisions to our regulations. This week I got a reply to that email and if we read between the lines, the levels of political involvement are very obvious -- just as has happened in other countries around the world. And it still seems as if we have absolutely no idea how many drones and drone-users there are in this country. At least when I pluck figures out of my arse I preface those numbers with "I don't know" :-)
