Will drone and RC pilots be treated fairly if the worst happens?
A manned aircraft, flying below 500 feet AGL, hits high-voltage power lines some 200 feet above the ground. The power company is not to blame. However, if that same aircraft had hit a drone or RC model at 200 feet in the same area, would the drone/RC flier have gotten off so lightly?
