Roddy strikes again! After weeks of rain and wind, a sunny weekend - perfect for flying our RC planes and mini quadcopters.
A smaller than usual turnout this week but still lots of fun was had by all, especially Roddy who flew his AXN to pieces. Is it *finally* kaput?
Bob got his zimmer frame stuck in a tree whilst retrieving his AXN and Gordon was busy darkening the skies with his big black bird whilst Roger had his first buddy-boxed training flight as he starts learning to fly fixed-wing models and we welcomed a new member and his young son to the ranks of the Forest Fliers.
Everyone did at least a little ground-pounding today -- it was a blast -- we can only hope that the good weather stays a while longer.
