After regaining consciousness and realizing Elizabeth has escaped, Booker finds himself at the mercy of Vox Populi leader Daisy Fitzroy. She offers him his airship back if he'll agree to travel into Finkton and retrieve a shipment of weapons from the gunsmith Chen Lin to support her revolution. DeWitt agrees, but must first find Elizabeth.
