Astronaut Rips Handle Off Hubble Space Telescope | Retrospective Video
On the Hubble Servicing Mission 4, astronaut Mike Massimino encountered a screw that refused to budge. The now infamous screw, which was attached to a handle of the space telescope that needed to be removed, caused some anxiety in 2009. Engineers were called into action. It was determined that 60 lbs of brute force, exerted by the spacewalking astronaut, was the correct action to remove handle. -- Full Story:
