Is it the world's fastest sub-250g racing drone? I don't know but...
Call it a drone, call it a quadcopter or just call it 240 grams of fun - I really like this bit of kit and it has standout performance both in terms of the camera used and the flight performance.
Pros:
- lots of power (yes, it really punches!)
- fun fun fun to fly
- top quality FPV gear with 3 power levels (25, 200, 600mW)
- brand-name motors
- an excellent FC tune right out of the box
- easy setup for the BNF version
- pretty good value for what you get
Cons:
- not too sure about that stack built solely from stand-offs
- motor shafts are thin (but that's the case for most 1400 motors
- standard config has arming via the sticks
- not enough spare propellers.
Bottom line - this is now one of my favourite quads and definitely my favourite sub-250g machine.
