Artak Ordyan is talking about avoiding "the average". He is sure that in any case people should try to pursue their goals and starve to excellence in anything.
Artak had been a professor in Yerevan State University in the faculties of Sociology and Economics for nine years. He worked at the RA government-affiliated State Property Management Execution Department. After, he worked in health and social reform programs of USAID.
