3 Tbs. Sempio’s soy sauce
3 Tbs. Sugar
1/3 cup Mirin
For Korean Fried Wings:
6 Full chicken wings, removed wingtips, split at joint
3/4 cup and 3 Tbs. Sempio’s Tempura Powder ()
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup cold water
Frying oil
Black and white sesame seeds for garnish
