The CX117 is in an interesting category. Almost too large to fly indoors, and almost too small to fly outdoors. It certainly does feel different than a 1s micro, and offers long 10minute flight times. I think it would be a good trainer to practice a little bit of building, and then flying acro before moving up to a full sized mini quad.
