In this case I am using the Hubsan H107D FPV Quadcopter Tx. The battery life on the AA batteries was extremely poor so this mod will allow pretty much any LiPo battery to be used and no longer waste batteries and landfill space.

Remember to treat your Lipo with all the care and minimum voltage limits/charging subject to that style of battery.
