Google's cloud platform, including Google Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud Storage and BigQuery are effective tools for developers to overcome challenging engineering requirements at scale. In this talk we present the Open Bidder, a fully customizable toolkit that leverages these services to meet the high request rate and low latency constraints third-party developers face when integrating with Google's DoubleClick Ad Exchange.
