There is nothing as iconic looking as this Grumman F6F Hellcat with shark teeth decal theme. This carrier-based aircraft was an air to air powerhouse during WWII and was specifically designed to combat the Mitsubishi A6M Zero in the Pacific Theater of the war. The Hellcat has been credited with destroying over 5,721 aircraft while in service.
Coming in at 1400mm (55.1in) wingspan, this nicely scaled model is powered by a 500kv brushless outrunner paired with a 50A ESC w/ 4A SBEC. With ample room for a 4S 2600mAh lipo, this model also features reliable servoless retracts and an incredible finish on the paint scheme.
Watch Pete as he gives a great play by play narration of the FMS Giant F6F Hellcat in flight.
