I-Lap Drone Racing Timing System Lap Counting Gate - Part 2: Pole Building
The race day is drawing closer and we need to get this racing gate going! It is built from 1 inch PVC pipes. It should be strong enough to hold itself up in strong winds and take an impact and stay up.
For our local drone racing group, we are starting with these items. Th only items show in this video are the Bridge Sensors.
- 1 x Decoder Unit
- 4 x Bridge Sensor
- 2 x 10 pack Transponders
There are various applications which are compatible with this system. The software included with the I-Laps system is a limited version of "RC Scoring Pro". An open-source free version is named "Flip Side Racing".
