The third round of voting for the 2012 Innersection surf video contest is complete. Innersection's Nathan Meyers checks in from Bali to introduce the finalists and announce the winning filmmaker who's taking home $10,000 and the opportunity to film a full part with a top pro surfer for "Seven Signs," the follow up movie to "Here & Now."
