Yes, this can carry a GoPro with a 3D printed mount but on 4S I don't recommend it. It's quite under powered with the GoPro.
I am trying out these recommended settings from the tuning guide (see below) but I think I will have to try this again later without the GoPro on top. This tune isn't that good!
