#69: Basics of Analog Oscilloscope Bandwidth
This video discusses what is meant by the Bandwidth specification of an analog oscilloscope. It also shows a basic measurement of verifying the bandwidth specification, presupposing that one already knows that the signal source and termination are "flat" across the frequency range of interest. The technique shown is by no means complete (since it doesn't run through the various attenuator settings, channels, etc.), but it shows the basic concept. It also shows that scope can often be used beyond its rated bandwidth, albeit with a lower amplitude response.
