Closer inspection of this quad revealed that mine has 1408 3800Kv motors and not the 1407 3600Kv others have been reporting. The Gearbest listing says 1407 3600Kv. This seems to be a solid quad with only a little bit of tuning and mode setup needed if you get the bind and fly.
