After visiting the showroom and learning about Rick's 20-year career in case manufacturing for the military and major corporate clients, the crew explores the factory floor to see how the foam inserts for the company's drone travel cases are cut and assembled. See how the plans for new cases are first drafted in a computer, precision-cut using a water jet system then stacked and glued together using a combination of robotics and human workers, and watch as a convoluter transforms blocks of foam into egg crate for protection on the lids of the finished cases.
