A few weeks ago I left my Turnigy 9X on and my LiFe battery discharged all the way down. This caused it to swell up and it can no longer take a charge. During this time I had rigged together 8 AA batteries as a temporary solution. I learned about the Zippy replacement battery and finally ordered one last week. It was available at the HobbyKing USA warehouse and cost right at $11. It only took three days to arrive, which is 10 times better than when I had to order from China.
One thing to look out for is the connector on the Zippy Flightmax battery. Now there may be a Turnigy compatible one, but the only one I could order at the time was compatible with JR/Spektrum radios:
