In this episode we take a look at some facts, secrets, and history of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. The Thousand-Year Door is the second installment in the Paper Mario series, and was released for the Nintendo GameCube in 2004, and titled "Paper Mario RPG" in Japan. The game underwent many changes as it was translated for western audiences, resulting in several plot points and references being lost in translation. The Thousand-Year Door was well received however, and attained countless awards and accolades from the gaming press. The game went on to sell around 2.25 million units worldwide.
