Runcam2 + Xiaomi Yi comparison (sunny, high contrast)
Both these cameras are pretty good. This is mainly a test of how they handle sudden changes in light, and how much detail they can retain in relatively dark or light areas.

Xiaomi: h264, yuvj420p, 22116 kb/s, 59.94 fps, 723Mb
Runcam: h264, yuv420p, 30032 kb/s, 60 fps, 1021Mb
This video mixing, recompression and YouTube upload will mess with the clarity, but when watching the original files the Runcam has a slightly sharper picture (as you would expect from the file size difference), and slightly quicker response to light changes. Xiaomi seems to have more accurate color.
