This 2.5 inch build went together quickly with minimal soldering thanks to the component selection (see below). Once I got it flying, I was overall impressed with the way it flew with very minimal tuning needed. If you want to duplicate my setup, here are my parts list.

I added an onboard DVR but this is not a requirement...
