My friends and I went to a parking garage to get out of the rain and still fly a bit, but then the rain stopped and we had to try flying through a couple spots. We had 3 spotters looking out at all time, and no people were out on sidewalks or around buildings as this was a rain Sunday afternoon. We also had permission from security to be flying where we were. Please take precautions if you're going to attempt similar things. :-)
