Quadcopter chasing | EPIC FPV DRONE FORMATION | TBS Crossfire
Long range FPV Race Drone chasing and Formation Drones flying Proximity style sounds super crazy, doesn't it? But we tried and we were really nervous but it worked.

Two 5 inch Race Drones two TBS Crossfire systems two 5.8Ghz transmitters (TBS FPV Visionboard) and everything works incredible!
The most buzzing thing, however, was the situation with the partner to order the distance to keep the speed and not lose themselves but Manu_FPV and RensenFPV did really well and it was so much fun!

FPV Formation flying with our quadcopter on this mountain was one of the best fpv moments in this year for me, so epic.
The hardest thing while flying so close on a flight buddy is to not lose the focus on everything else like the mountain or the Link quality or get lost behind a mountain ridge and so on but count me in for the next action.
In this video we used our normal race quads in short 5inch props from HQ (HQ VS1 5x4,3x3) 2400KV motors and a nice frame from Cherry FPV this all on a 1500mha Lipo you see nothing that fancy but with the right throttle management you can get easily more than 6min flight time out of such a quadcopter and you have still the dynamic of a racer I like this the most on 5inch Long range flying.
But as always this was only the beginning, and in essence, only a short distance.
Chasing a Flight Buddy up that mountain was one of my best FPV experience in the past two years!
GO and check out my flight buddies!

Long range flying with our racing drones is just incredibly much fun and always the thrill whether you lose them or not. The constant tuning with the spotter whether or not this valley has sight connection, which consumes nervous glances at the battery, whether there is still enough residual voltage. It's just an experience and with enough experience, a little bit of common sense and trust in your copter, it's actually quite easy as long as you respect the basic rules.
Many thanks to TBS for developing Crossfire and the other FPV stuff without this would not be possible!
So fly deep and fast and have fun!!
