This video describes what TPA is in Cleanflight, and how to tune it. If you have P term or D term oscillations at high throttle, and nowhere else, TPA may be the solution. TPA reduces the P and D gains as the throttle goes above a certain point. This gives sharp response at low and mid-throttle, and smooth flight at high throttle.
