ACME Trooper Testing Upgraded ESC with 14.8v LiPo
ACME are considering releasing the Trooper with a 4s Lipo capable speed controller. I'm aware that the previous ESC would handle 14.8v (people have done it already) but the ESC will overheat. This latest one is totally waterproof, as is the servo for steering, meaning you can have fun in the rain as well. It's still in development and might not happen, but until now it's pretty awesome and totally fun to drive with this extra power. The speed isn't increased massively, but the acceleration and torque has improved loads, making this Car even better value for money.
