This will be a several part series during which I will take an old Super Cub and modify it to become as close as I can get to a bush plane with STOL capabilities. I'm not sure how successful this will be but time will tell. I'm building it on a budget so I will be making use of a number of Hobby King products to keep the price down and to see just how good or how bad these parts are. I will consider this project a success if the plane flies well and if I can get it to take off and land in a small area.
