I do not enjoy qwad rescue from high trees, I tried throwing up a long rope and a heavy spanner on the end for ages to no avail, then I went to town to borrow my friend's long poles, which did the trick, it was dark by then but I had good flash lights with me, it felt good to be out in the cold, kind of camping, I felt alive, and getting the quad back was awesome. Now I have bought a 10m telescopic pole to have just in case me or a friend needs it.
This is a light 180 build and was affected by the gusty wind.
