Barney was found tied to a grocery cart. A homeless man said he was taking care of his friend's dog. Barney was skinny, matted and in need of medical attention. When he was rescued he looked worse for wear. Best Friends Animal Society Los Angeles was able to clean him up and find him the perfect home in Andy, a divorcee with space in his heart for goofy Barney.
