I have been following Mathbonus for a while and am definitely enjoying everything he produces. This totally blew my mind, very deep garage-like stuff. Don't know if it's supposed to be garage, but it really sounds like it. At least this tune is something very relaxing and that's the idea.
Mathbonus is really underrated at the moment, there are only 2 tracks by him on Youtube so far (both uploaded by me lol). So check out his Soundcloud and see if you find something interesting. He's releasing free chilled out tunes like this one, so he is worth taking a look at and maybe even following.
