You're watching my deadlift workout from Nov 1st. Today was an explosive day, so the first lift was done with around 65% for 8 sets of 3. I feel like I'm making some good progress on keeping my hips from rising as much now that I've gotten more comfortable with my set up. In addition to that, since going beltless my lower back is feeling better than ever.
