Damped Light Braking BLHeli 13.1 vs. 14.0
BLHeli 14.0 significantly improved braking (damped light) compared to 13.1. This actually created some tuning issues for my copter, as my low-grade ESCs couldn't keep the copter from vibrating when the more aggressive braking was active.
