Xbox One Gets DVR and Live TV Capability Through HDHomerun - Cable and OTA

This is one of the first universal Windows apps to run on the Xbox One. It is the same code base as the Windows 10 app and has an identical interface. It runs quite nicely.
The app supports the DVR recording engine that needs to run on another device (a NAS, Nvidia Shield, or a computer). DRM content is not yet supported but will be in the near future. I cover the DVR in the master playlist:
