The Techboy TB-802 is probably the easiest to control drone. I'd say this would be very suited for beginners that just want to have a lot of fun flying something.
It won't get you used to the standard stick controls like most other drones have, but it certanly is uniquely fun.
I'm keeping this for myself.
This small and cheap quadcopter only costs $15, so it's my favorite pick under $20 for now.
