My favorite tech and how I use it: Tech I Like is back!
While on paper the iPad mini is little more than an iPad 2 with a thinner body and smaller screen it's quickly become one of my favorite gadgets. The form factor is nearly perfect, it's lightweight and small enough to take anywhere while still having a big enough screen to make it useful. The app selection with iOS for tablets is second to none and even the battery life is excellent. My biggest downside is the lack of a Retina display but compared to everything else the iPad mini has going for it it's really not a major issue.
