A sports rehab journey with Gavin Peacock from FlippedSociety - I blew my knee out just before 2014 – The injury was a full medial meniscal tear that the surgeon chose to sew back together versus take out. The recovery period is an awful 12 months before rigorous activity can continue compared to 6 weeks for trim or repairs. A broken leg would have taken less time to heal. I documented the whole experience in a comedic fashion with 99% accuracy. :) (Not so much booze!) Also wanted to give a little inspiration / motivation to anyone going through this right now. Enjoy!
