Quick Tip - XT60 Lipo Battery Connector Covers
OK, I guess this is quick tip #1. I could probably have a short series of these Quick Tips if I wanted to, because I've included a bunch of things just like this in my videos.
In short, we need a way of knowing which Lipo's are used up and which ones are full. Often we just have a bag and all the batteries are in there. I am a bit more organized, but after going through a few cells, even I am not sure which ones are used up, and have to break out the voltage meter to see how much power is left in the cells that I have with me.
So, here is a way to organize your lipos. After I charge my Lipo, I will simply place one of these little guys on top, to mark it as FULL. Then when I got to use it, I will just pull off the cap, and use the Lipo. When done, I will just throw the lipo in the bag with the others. Only now, I will know which are FULL and which are not.
Just google something like this:

This is my preferred method, since it is the cheapest and also the cleanest solution in my mind.

i have about 4-5 of these and went with these for a little while until i fond that they could go too far over the XT60 connector end, and then be difficult to remove. i don't like that.
Anyway, now I don't have a problem with my XT60's any longer. I will do this for all of my batteries (EC3, XT90, XT30, etc) as well.
