Ein wichtiger rechtlicher Aspekt beim Fliegen mit dem DJI Phantom Quadrokopter oder anderen Modellflugzeugen ist die erlaubte Flughöhe. Explizite Grenzen für den Modellflug gibt es allerdings nicht, so daß für unseren Kopter die in §10 der LuftVO genannten allgemeinen Regelungen für den deutschen Luftraum gelten. Ich versuche daher einmal zu erklären, was dies konkret für uns Modellflieger bedeutet.
