This short video shows a simple way to make a very high performance socket to connect your oscilloscope probe to your circuit. It features very low ground inductance which minimizes distortion, thus preserving signal integrity. In a previous video:
I showed the effects of ground inductance on the measured waveform quality. This socket design minimizes ground inductance so that signal integrity is preserved, even a high frequencies. This method can be adapted to different probe styles and circuit configurations.
