Mini quadcopter ESCs make lots of electrical noise that can ruin FPV video quality and even damage components such as video transmitters. Adding a low-ESR electrolytic capacitor is a good way to protect your system from this type of electrical noise. This video shows you how to select a capacitor for that purpose.
