1 pound (500 grams) ground beef meat
1 bunch of fresh parsley
1 onion
2/3 cup of uncooked white rice
2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, and 1 teaspoons paprika
other spices such a cumin and chili pepper (optional)
2 tablespoons plain tomato sauce
Water + salt
