This $13M Rolls-Royce could be the most expensive new car ever built
The Rolls-Royce Sweptail is a one of a kind car built specifically for a customer at a hefty price — $13 million according to The Telegraph.
The Sweptail is based on the Phantom VII and is built to look like luxury yachts of the '20s and '30s. It took four years to build.
