Concrete Rush was a 2.2km sprint and 15 obstacle course race held at Nathan Philips Square - Toronto ON Canada
Kara blitzed the field and came 2nd in the Elite Women's Finals qualifying her for the world championship OCR's at Blue Mountain.
I had a bruised rib so hope to qualify at Met Con Blue in June!
