Configuring "idle up" switch with Cleanflight and Taranis
PLEASE NOTE: This exact setup does not appear to work on Cleanflight 1.10. The issue seems to be that the FC sees that the throttle is not idle and refuses to arm. This check must have been done in the opposite order in 1.9 or something.
