Valence Wireless EEG Headset Project
Lieven Menschaert and Tom De Smedt from the Experimental Media Research Group (EMRG) at St. Lucas University College of Art & Design in Antwerp present the Valence project. Valence was a collaborative effort between EMRG, Interuniversity Microelectronics Centre (IMEC), Holst Center. artist Ludivine Lechat, and electronics and sound engineer Tim Augustynen.
Valence is a wireless low power EEG headset intended to allow patients to go about their normal everyday activities while still being monitored for neurological activity.
