I've been wanting to upgrade my stock Turnigy 9X transmitter with the FrSky module. My main goal is to have failsafe capabilities, but also improved range as I've been told comes with the FrSky setup. This video walks through the fairly simple process of installing the FrySky external transmitter module and then binding it with your FrySky receiver.
