This video explains how to setup an OSD running MWOSD such as those available from Quadquestions.com. The OSD that we are using in the video is the popular OSDoge from DTF UHF.
The video covers the software side of things, in other words, how to configure and flash your OSD with Arduino software to MWOSD, configure your osd with the MWOSD GUI and then how to setup your quadcopter using stick inputs using the OSD's internal menu system. While tailored for the OSDOGE, you can also use this information to program a minimosd or miniosd board running an ATmega328P 8 bit microcontroller with an Arduino bootloader, and a MAX7456 monochrome on-screen display chip.
if you have purchased a minimosd, osdoge, or miniosd minimosd board, this video is for you.
note that an FTDI will have to be used if your board doesn't have an on board usb to serial adapter
